Job Skills & Requirements:

– In depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies including client, browser, middle tier, C#, ASP, ASP.Net, SQL Server etc.

– Knowledge on JQuery, Ajax, HTML

– Experience in working with teams to implement complex requirements.

– Ability to think out of the box and innovate

– Ability to work as a team to deliver quality software

– Ability to code complex portions of the software

– Ability to learn and comprehend technical information/ technology

– Knowledge of Office Automation tools (MS Office, etc)

– Organizational skills

– Presentation skills

– Problem solving skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

– Contribute and align to the Company Product Vision

– Innovate and lead innovation in the organization to deliver focussed and high quality customer centric products

– Code for critical components and debug code, do code reviews as required to enable better developer productivity.

– Create good and robust flexible architecture and design and a page/component/database level so that the product becomes flexible and can adapt to changing market needs.

Experience: 3 – 6 years

Qualifications:

· Candidate from Engineering background (preferable)

· Diplomas or certifications in the relevant technology areas will be a plus

Roles & Responsibilities:

– Achieve or exceed individual sales quota on a consistent and predictable basis

– Direct sales to targeted customers within a defined geographical region

– Prospect and develop customers within defined territory

– Generate predictable forecasts and pipeline

– Gain acceptance and close deals for Remedinet Provider Markets solutions and services.

– Build strategic relationships with C-level Executives, Decision Makers, Influencers and Users in each account; develop and use collaborative relationships to generate sales and identify new opportunities

– Develop and maintain strong relationships within customers to ensure successful usage and retention of the product and maximum satisfaction and retention levels

– Build customer loyalty by effectively meeting customer needs, building productive customer relationships, and taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty

– Identify and execute business strategies that contribute to the key metrics of the position – incremental revenue, retention and satisfaction, increased utilization/adoption, contractual compliance and opportunities for expansion

– Consistently negotiate and close sales opportunities and contract renewals within the existing client base

– Follow established sales process and methodology; maintain complete, consistent and quality activity/contact records in the required company CRM/systems of record

– Provide constant feedback to the 360 Degree Customer Solutions Org on the customer account environment and needs; identify and prioritize client issues/concerns; coordinate with appropriate internal departments to provide response and/or solutions

– Lead or participate on cross-functional teams to discuss accounts and look for trends or commonalities; ensure best interests of both client and company being fairly and objectively represented

– Other duties/special projects as assigned

Experience: 3 – 5 years

Qualifications:

1. Graduate in any discipline; engineering/medical degree desirable; MBA or advanced business degree and/or with healthcare as specialization would be an advantage
