But how well they are equipped to be placed in a dynamic work environment on completion of their graduation is an on-going question for all the employers. iNode plans to play a pivotal role herein, as a ‘SKILLS Developer’ for fresh professionals keeping in mind the necessity to improve the Employability Index of young graduates in the IT industry.
With only having exposed to the academic environment in the colleges, an industry linked comprehensive skill training program will only enhance the further employability of the students . With an edge in the knowledge and skill, graduates can contribute toward productivity at an organizational level and can aquire a competitive edge during the hiring process.
The perspective of the graduates regarding skills and training is little known; at the same time the judgment of graduates is clouded by the challenges of survival. There could be a plethora of opportunities for skilled people, but there is much resistance when it comes to carving a career path outside of conventional education. Hence, a situation has been created where opportunities are available in terms of jobs and training, but, the students and academic institutions are either unaware of them, or not intrinsically motivated because the choices offered are no more in sync with the traditional practices. iNode plays a very important role here.
