With over 140 engineering colleges in the state, and tens of thousands of fresh minds graduating every year, Kerala is blessed with an abundance of fresh human resources. But how well they are equipped to be placed in a dynamic work environment on completion of their graduation is an on-going question for all the employers. iNode plans to play a pivotal role herein, as a ‘SKILLS Developer’ for fresh professionals keeping in mind the necessity to improve the Employability Index of young graduates in the IT industry.
